Just as always US only giveaway nothing new here.

You do realize companies advertising apparatus is separated by country/rejoin right... Along with fact that running a completion in one country instead of a 100 is a lot simpler. Along with a host of other things. Grow up dude. Presumable Super Micro NA team wanted to gain expose but your not happy so you make a post whining?

Blame your country which probably has very complicated rules required to make a giveaway contest.

    One entry, please!

There's a mis-match between the WiFi module placement in the above photo of the I/O ports vs. the board photo posted on the forum site:

The board photo posted at the forum site is a different miniITX board model C9Z390-CG-IW, not the ATX sized C9Z390-CGW.

It looks like you have the wrong Forums thread. The proper thread is: https://forums.anandtech.com/threads/supermicro-in...

Was planning on my next build being AMD, but I like SM products. Win this, and I may make my next build an Intel one.

Nice to see a high end board with a proper 10GbE port on it, now that you can get small 10GbE switches at a semi-reasonable price point.

I'm sure supermicro itself is defining the giveaway but seriously: STOP EXPECTING PEOPLE TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA. Anyone still using Facebook in 2019 has their head in the sand when it comes to their own privacy.

That's a beast! Been following since 2002 would love to win something

Buggy motherboard, had this for a nas server thinking it was good quality but it keeps crashing, replaced it with msi z390 and the problem was gone..
    Supero =/= supermicro quality

Really? That's a shame. Board looks nice. Dual DP is a rare feature which I'd like to see more often (true DP, not mini-DP, since I can't even find cables that are mini-DP to full-DP).

Ryan: if it's a US only giveaway why don't you block the entries from the others countries?!
  • SanX - Saturday, August 24, 2019 - link

This is pure scam with the chance one per 1000000 as you need to visit manufacturer's global sites like Facebook where your chances get diluted because they collect the info about all wishing to get giveaway in the US or entire world, not just Anandtech readers.

Wouldn't build an Intel pc even if I got it for free. xD. For the price of the 9900K alone, I could get a b450 and 3700X and have similar Performance, much higher efficiency and an upgrade path.

You couldn't even give these away lol.
  • CaedenV - Monday, August 26, 2019 - link

oh man! Hope to win this!
Looking to upgrade my PC this fall, and looking to add a little 10-gig goodness to my network next spring... this would help with both! Not to mention it would save me money on a mobo and the extra cost of PCIe4x4 SSD which will focus more money towards a better CPU
